    The opportunity is open for all MADE EASY Staff and students.

  2. How do I start writing for MADE EASY Blog?

    You can submit your articles through e-mail at [email protected]

    Follow the below mentioned guidelines while sending the mail.

    1. Subject should be in the format : Name of your article | Category
    2. Article should be shared as attachment.
    3. Mail Body should contain the following details:
      1. Full Name
      2. Display Name (as you want to be displayed on blog)
      3. If Employee (Designation, Department, Employee ID)
      4. If Student (Batch/Course, Branch, Student ID)
  3. Is there any format to be followed while submitting the blog?

    Yes, the articles should be sent on e-mail – [email protected] Follow the below mentioned guidelines while sending the mail:

  4. What can I write on?

    Article can be on anything related to education industry.

    Some of the categories are listed below:

    1. Education
    2. Examinations
    3. Preparation Guides
    4. Jobs
    5. Application Processes
    6. Current Affairs
    7. Informative Articles
    8. Infographics

    It can be informative, analysis, opinion, idea or even a motivational article.

    If there is something we have missed out, you can feel free to write about it, provided it is related to Education Sector.

  5. Can I use Images in my article?

    Yes. It is highly recommended that you use relevant images in your articles. However the images should not be copyrighted.

  6. Are there any guidelines to be followed while writing the articles?

    Following Guidelines should be followed while writing the articles:

    1. Article length should be atleast 800-1000 words
    2. No part of the article should be directly copied from another source unless quoting someone else.
    3. Factual content should be backed with citations.
    4. The article should be thoroughly proofread for language/grammar mistakes before submitting. (Article will be rejected if it contains more than 10 errors)
    5. It should be politically unbiased and based on facts rather that only on one person’s beliefs and opinion.
    6. Avoid sentences that are too long or unnecessarily long words.
    7. It is highly recommended that you use relevant images in your articles. However, the images should not be copyrighted.
  7. Why can my article be rejected?

    Articles may be rejected for the following possible reasons. These are possible but not an exhaustive list of reasons and acceptance will be at our discretion.

    1. It is poorly written. (it contains more than 10 spelling/grammatical mistakes or incorrect usage of words.)
    2. It is a news article copied or rehashed from another publication.
    3. The article or any part of it is plagiarized. (either words and phrases or ideas are directly copied from another source)
    4. It is without any factual backing or irrationally biased with your own opinion.
    5. It is poorly researched.
    6. It spreads hatred against any particular religion, community, country or region.
    7. It makes fun of any person based on caste or physical appearance.
  8. Are there any incentives for submitting the blog?

    1. Content Quality – No language errors, Factually correct with appropriate citations, Well Structured, Use of appropriate Images, Content should not be plagiarized etc.
    2. Most viewed article
    3. Most Liked/Shared article on Social Media. (This may also translate into increase in traffic on MADE EASY Social Media Pages.)
    4. Most number of published articles.
    5. Highest Approval Rate (Articles approved for submission vs Total no. of articles submitted)
