Engineering Services Examination 2020 Notification
UPSC has announced the dates of ESE Prelims 2020 and it will be held on 5th January 2020 and for the same application, portal is now open. The minimum eligibility criteria is to have a graduation degree in engineering from a recognized university and apart from this graduates passed from various other societies like Aeronautical Society of India, Institution of Engineers India etc are also eligible if they have passed Section A and Section B of the course. The exam is held in four branches namely Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics and Telecommunication. Candidates who are graduates from other related branches/allied branches of Engineering can write the exam in any one of the above disciplines. The minimum age limit is 21 years and the candidate should not have attained 30 years of age as on 1st Jan 2020. The last date to apply is 15th October 2019; the application fee is Rs 200 and female candidates and reserved candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
