Note: Candidates should have post-qualification experience of minimum two years in the field of Construction Supervision.
Selection Process:
Written Test
- The written test will consist of 125 objective-type questions, each carrying one mark, with a duration of 2.5 hours.
- There will be no negative marking, meaning no marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.
- Candidates belonging to the PwBD category will be eligible for an additional compensatory time of 50 minutes.
- To qualify for further consideration, candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks for UR/EWS and 45% marks for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD (against reserved posts).
Document Verification
- Based on the written test results and the number of vacancies, RITES Limited will scrutinize the documents submitted by candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, preceded by verification of original documents.
- It is the candidates’ responsibility to upload supporting documents substantiating the claims made in their application forms.
Interview
- Candidates will be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:6 to the number of vacancies.

Note: (Technical & Professional proficiency – 30%; Personality Communication & Competency – 10%)
- To be considered for placement on the final merit panel, candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks for UR/EWS and 50% marks for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD (against reserved posts) in the interview.
- No minimum qualifying marks are required in the aggregate, and selection will be based on the overall merit order.
- Candidates have the option to appear for the selection process either in Hindi or English.
Reservation, Relaxation & Concessions:
- Reservation/Relaxation/Concessions will be provided to EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-SM/J&K Domicile candidates against reserved posts (where applicable) as per the extant Government orders.
- RITES regular/contract employees who fulfill the educational qualification and experience criteria will be given an age relaxation of 5 years, over and above the upper age limit indicated.

The pay will be fixed at the minimum of the scale. Candidates from Government Departments and PSUs are eligible for protection of their Basic Pay as per company policy. In addition to Basic Pay, employees will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), Fixed/Variable Allowances as applicable, Performance-Related Pay, Medical Facilities, and House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Lease Accommodation. They will also be entitled for Provident Fund (PF) contributions, Gratuity as per the Gratuity Act, and a Post-Retirement Medical Scheme. Other benefits include leave as per company rules, maternity and paternity leave as per company policy, medical facilities for regular employees, and leave encashment as per applicable rules.

Important Note

How to Apply:
- Candidates must ensure they meet all necessary eligibility criteria before applying for the position.
- Eligible candidates should apply online through the registration format available in the Career Section of the RITES website (www.rites.com).
- Upon submission of the online application, a unique Registration Number will be generated at the top of the form. Candidates must note this number for all future communications with RITES Ltd.
- While filling out the application, candidates must carefully and accurately enter details of their Identity Proof and ensure its availability, as it will be required for verification at later stages of the selection process if called.
- After completing the form under the “Fill/Modify Application Form” section, candidates must upload the necessary documents.
- Once the document upload is successful, candidates should proceed to “Make Payment”, where the system will display the applicable fee amount based on their category.
- Applications without successful fee payment will be considered incomplete and will be summarily rejected.
