With 30 engineering streams The GATE 2026 exam was conducted in the month of February, 2026. Civil Engineering [CE] is the stream from which a lot of aspirants appear in the GATE exam, and students secure the highest ranks in this particular stream. Jitesh Choudhary- AIR 19 Civil Engineering (CE)

Jitesh Choudhary, who secured an impressive AIR 19 in Civil Engineering in GATE 2026. A B.Tech graduate from NIT Trichy, Jitesh had earlier achieved AIR 108 in GATE 2025 and also appeared for the ESE examination, showing his strong commitment toward his goals.

Abhishek Kumar – AIR 26, Civil Engineering (CE)

Abhishek Kumar, who secured an impressive AIR 26 in GATE 2026 in the Civil Engineering stream. A sincere and hardworking MADE EASY student, Abhishek followed a well-rounded preparation strategy by enrolling in multiple programs, including the Conventional Practice Program + Test Series (Classroom Course), Postal Study Package 2025, ESE Pre Classroom Test Series, and the Live-Online Conventional Practice Program for ESE.

Garvit Pratap Singh – AIR 32 Civil Engineering (CE)

Garvit Pratap Singh, completed his B.Tech from NIT Raipur and has shown strong performance in competitive exams. He qualified ESE 2025 with a rank of 104 and later secured AIR 32 in Civil Engineering in GATE 2026.

Garvit was a student of the MADE EASY classroom program. In his Toppers Talk, he notes that the offline classroom played a significant role in his preparation. He says that interacting directly with teachers helped him understand concepts better and clear his doubts quickly. The classroom environment also kept him focused and consistent.

He also mentions that the guidance from teachers helped him stay on the right path during his preparation. Rajeev Kumar – AIR 42 Civil Engineering (CE)

Rajiv Kumar is from Madhubani, Bihar, and he completed his B.Tech from ISM Dhanbad in 2024. After graduation, he joined the GATE + ESE Foundation Batch at MADE EASY to begin his GATE preparation. With just 8–9 months of dedicated preparation, Rajiv achieved an impressive AIR 42 in GATE 2026. In his Toppers Talk, he shares that staying focused and following a clear plan helped him make the most of this short time.

He says MADE EASY notes are sufficient to crack the GATE if studied properly. He focused mainly on class notes and the MADE EASY workbook, which he found very helpful for practice and revision. Rajiv also gives credit to the MADE EASY faculty for guiding him throughout his preparation and helping him stay on the right track.

His journey shows that with the right guidance, limited resources, and consistent effort, a great result can be achieved even in a short time.

Mayank- AIR 57 Civil Engineering (CE)

Mayank completed his B.Tech from IIT Patna in 2023. During his GATE preparation journey, he faced many ups and downs, but he stayed determined and kept working hard. Throughout this phase, MADE EASY supported him at every step.

He was a student of the MADE EASY Foundation Course and also enrolled in the MADE EASY test series, which helped him practice regularly and improve his performance. In GATE 2025, he secured AIR 247. Although he could not qualify for ESE 2025, he did not give up and continued his preparation with full dedication.

His efforts paid off as he cleared the ESE 2026 Prelims and is now preparing for the ESE Mains. Mayank’s journey is a great example of perseverance, showing how consistent effort and the right guidance can help overcome challenges and move closer to success.

Abhishek Gupta- AIR 61 Civil Engineering (CE)

Abhishek Gupta completed his B.Tech from MNNIT Allahabad in 2022. After graduation, he worked in a private job, but later decided to pursue his goal of cracking GATE and began his preparation, and he left his private job.

He is a student of the MADE EASY GATE+ ESE Foundation Course and managed to achieve an impressive AIR 61 in GATE 2026 in his very first attempt. Along with GATE, Abhishek also prepared for ESE. His hard work paid off as he not only secured a good rank in GATE but also cleared the ESE 2026 Prelims and is now preparing for the ESE Mains.

In his journey, Abhishek highlights that the MADE EASY classroom played a very important role. The structured learning, guidance from faculty, and consistent support helped him stay focused and manage his preparation effectively, even after transitioning from a job to full-time study.

Akash Ptahak- AIR 75 Civil Engineering (CE)

Akash Pathak completed his B.Tech from IIT Delhi. During his college days, he wasn’t very sure about his career path. After graduation, he explored different options and realized that preparing for GATE and ESE would be the right direction for him—and that MADE EASY was one of the best platforms to start with.
