GATE 2026 Electrical Engineering
The GATE 2026 exam was held in February 2026, which included 30 engineering courses. Electrical Engineering [EE] is the stream from which many candidates appeared, and students in this stream achieve the highest ranks. The study of electrical engineering indeed involves the study of physics, various electrical concepts, and related mathematical concepts. Concepts such as electrical circuits, digital and analog circuits, electrical machines, power electronics, electromagnetism, power systems, etc., are supposed to be learned in electrical engineering.

Navneet Kumar, AIR 42 Electrical Engineering [EE]
Navneet Kumar secured AIR 42 in the EE branch of GATE 2026 in his second attempt, showing great dedication and improvement. In GATE 2025, he had secured AIR 165, and with consistent effort, he significantly improved his performance. He is a final-year student at IIT Roorkee and focuses mainly on practicing a large number of questions during his preparation.
He joined the MADE EASY Test Series, which helped him a lot by providing quality questions and regular practice. His success shows that consistent practice along with MADE EASY’s test series, can help students achieve excellent results in GATE.
Abhishek Mittal, AIR 44 Electrical Engineering [EE]
Abhishek Mittal secured AIR 44 in the EE branch of GATE 2026 in his third attempt, showing strong determination and perseverance. He completed his B.Tech from NIT Hamirpur and belongs to Gangapur, Rajasthan.
In his first two attempts, he was not able to qualify for GATE, but he did not give up and continued his preparation with full dedication. In his third attempt, his hard work paid off as he not only qualified but achieved an excellent two-digit rank.
