UPSSSC JE (Junior Engineer) Recruitment 2024 for 4612 Posts, Apply Online
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released a job notification on 7th March 2024 and as per the update, the online application process was supposed to start from 7th May 2024. In total 2847 vacancies have been released by them and the last date to apply online was 7th June 2024.
But now the extended notification has been released on 26th June 2024 which states that in total vacancies are 4612 and the last date to apply online is 13th July 2024. Candidates can modify their application till 20th July 2024.

Educational qualification
The updated vacancies as per the latest notification is 4612 and in various government departments for the post of Junior Engineer.
The minimum educational eligibility after the extension is four year B.E/B.Tech holder in Civil Engineering and three year diploma from a recognized institution.

*Important Note:Only those candidates who have appeared in PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET) 2023 and have valid score are eligible to apply against this advertisement.
Age Limit
In accordance with the notification, the age limit for the recruitment in various government departments for UPSSSC is 18- 28 years which should not exceed.
Basis of selection
As per notification, selection for junior engineer (civil) comprise of three stages:
- Preliminary Stage
- Mains Stage
- Document Verification

* Examination fee for the Main Examination will have to be paid separately only by the candidates shortlisted for the Main Examination. Steps to apply online
Interested candidates who are interested and fulfill the eligibility criteria should fill up the online application prior to 13th July 2024. The steps are as follows:
- Visit the official website of upsssc.gov.in
- Navigate ‘advertisement” and click on ‘apply’.
- Read the user’s instructions carefully before filling.
- Submit an application by filling up the basic information.
- Proceed to pay the application fees.
- Upload important documents along with recent photo and signature in the prescribed format.
- Take a print out of the application form for future reference.
