RBI Young Professional Eligibility Criteria 2026

Basically, to be eligible for the RBI Young Professional recruitment, an individual must be of 21 years and not more than 30 years of age.

The age is calculated as per the official norms and guidelines which are provided in the notification.

Educational Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of cybersecurity and IT risk, an individual must have completed a master’s degree or any equivalent professional qualification in cybersecurity, information security, information technology, data science and artificial intelligence.

An individual must have experience in fintech, consulting, MNCs and policy research organisations.

To be eligible for the position of policy analytics, an individual must have completed a bachelor’s degree in technology or a master’s degree in technology or engineering or a master’s degree in statistics and data science.

Further, you must have experience in Python programming and relevant analytical skills.

For the position of artificial intelligence, an individual must have completed at least a master’s degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, data science and public policy.

To be eligible for the position of quantum technology, an individual must have experience in cybersecurity, quantum technology, computer science and electronic engineering.

For the position of data analytics, an individual must have completed a bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering, a master’s degree in technology or engineering, and a postgraduate degree in computer science and data analytics specialisation.

Salary and Benefits

Under the RBI Young Professionals recruitment, the candidates will receive the monthly stipend of 150,000 per month. This stipend will be subjected to all the applicable tax deductions as per the government regulations.
