The SBI SCO Selection Procedure is uniform across all 38 posts in this notification. There is no written examination. Selection is based on: 

  1. Shortlisting- based on qualification, experience and profile screening by a shortlisting committee. 
  2. Interview- carrying 100 marks, conducted to assess suitability for the role. 
  3. CTC Negotiation- applicable only for contractual posts, held after the interview stage.
