It is mentioned in the official notification that final year students can appear. But while filling up the form, what should we now upload under the mandatory graduation certificate section?
Hi Abhinav! Great question. As a final-year student, you can upload a provisional certificate or a letter from your college/university confirming that you’re in your final year. This should suffice for the mandatory graduation certificate section. Be sure to check the specific guidelines in the notification for any other acceptable documents
Contract job walo ko bhi undertaking fome fill karna hota h kya
Agar karna hota h to usme kya fill karna h thoda btao
Dear Rahul!
Contract employees are usually asked to fill out the undertaking form, which ensures you’ve informed your employer about your application. In the form, you’ll need to provide details about your current job and confirm that you’re following the rules regarding the application process.
In application form after community details there is a column for certificate no. what is that mean?
Dear Vaishnavi!
The certificate number refers to the number on your community or caste certificate, which is issued by the authorities. You’ll need to provide this number in the application if you’re applying under a specific category like SC, ST, or OBC. Make sure you have your certificate handy while filling out the form!
Hello sir
For government employee, we have to submit undertaking

Please guide us in this regard
Hello Krishan! To clarify, the RID (Registration ID) is provided once you’ve submitted the application form. After receiving it, you can use it for the undertaking as a government employee. Just focus on completing the form first, and the RID will be generated automatically. Best of luck!
I am a final year student. I accidently clicked on Completed in place of Appearing in the graduation part of Educational Details section and now that option of Appearing or Completed is not showing. It is not asking for details of the degree and issuing authority of the degree and my final grades but I have not completed the degree yet. Please help me out.
Hello Shishir! Don’t worry, this can happen sometimes. Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser to see if the option reappears. If that doesn’t work, contacting UPSC’s helpline for guidance on correcting the form should help. Hope it gets resolved quickly!
Hey there,
I was filling out the forms when I came across a field during document upload.
“The certificate of graduation or equivalent educational qualifications (including a copy of recognition letter / equivalence certificate from AIC/UGC, if applicable)”
I am still pursuing my degree from my university and my pass year will be 2025, so presently I do not have any such certificate , so what shall I do for that field? Am I even eligible to apply for ESE 2025 in final year of my course?
Please guide asap, time is short in hand.
Hello Ruddha! Yes, you are eligible to apply for ESE 2025 as a final-year student. For the document upload, you can submit a provisional certificate or a letter from your university stating that you’re pursuing your degree and will graduate in 2025. This should fulfill the requirement. Be sure to confirm with the official notification for any specific instructions. Good luck with your application!
