Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the Preliminary Stage of the Engineering Services Examination (ESE) on 5th January 2020. ESE is held every year for the selection in Indian Engineering Services (IES). ESE Prelims was conducted for four branches i.e. Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering.
