MKCL (Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited) is looking for dynamic candidates for the position of Full Stack Developers (Project Trainees). The aspirants should aspire to solve real-world problems using technologies and make a positive impact on society through their work. The role requires persons who are team players with problem-solving skills and have an eagerness to learn and innovate. Applicants should have a passion for Full Stack Development.

Educational Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech. (Computer Engineering/IT/E&TC), MCA (Master of Computer Applications), MCS (Master of Computer Science), M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), M.S. (Computer Science), M.E./M.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT/E&TC), appearing for the final semester examination in the year 2022 from recognized universities, any other graduation with CDAC’s DAC Course from the batch completed in April 2022.
Application Process
- Candidates will have to apply online from Wednesday, June 1, 2022, by visiting MKCL’s career page https://mkcl.org/careers.
- The last date to apply online is Wednesday, June 22, 2022, up to 5 pm.
- Applications received after this date shall not be considered.
- Do not create more than one login. Candidates who have created multiple logins or registrations will be disqualified.
- Registered candidates can take the online test only once. No re-attempts in the same year will be allowed under any circumstances.
- If any candidate is found indulging in any malpractice during the recruitment process, she/he would be immediately disqualified from the recruitment process.
- MKCL reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate if any of the MKCL norms are not met during the selection process.
- MKCL reserves the right to modify the selection process as deemed fit.
- The candidates must use the correct Mobile Number and Email ID for online registration as the communications related to the recruitment process takes place via digital modes of communication.
Offer Details
- An applicant selected through the selection process will be given an offer letter for the post of Project Trainee for an initial period of 12 months. During the first 2 months, the Project Trainees will have to undergo rigorous training on the below technologies stack:
- Overview of Full Stack Development
- UI/UX
- JavaScript
- Database Concepts
- Agile and SCRUM
- Programming Languages: .Net Track / Golang / JAVA
The training provided to the selected candidates is free of cost.
- The first 2 months of the training period include periodic tests and assignments. Each of the trainee’s tests and assignments’ scores is recorded from time to time.
- Also, the respective team gives work performance and conduct ratings to the respective trainee.
- After the completion of the 2 months training period, each trainee’s performance score will be calculated based on the scores of tests, assignments, and the performance ratings received from the trainee’s team leader.
- If any trainee’s performance score is not up to the mark during the first 2 months of the training period, she/he will be relieved after the completion of the 2 months of the training period.
- If the trainee’s performance score is up to the mark during the first 2 months of the training period, she/he will receive permission to continue for the remaining 10 months.
- All other norms as per MKCL policies uploaded on the employee service portal shall be applicable.
Candidates appearing for the final semester in the academic year 2021-22 must submit the final semester result to MKCL within 7 days of result declaration. This selection is provisional till the candidate submits the mentioned result. The final date of submission of the degree result to MKCL is 31st October 2022. If the selected candidates do not submit the final passing certificate/mark sheet to MKCL within a specified period, the offer will stand withdrawn and canceled. It is also applicable if the candidate does not pass the final degree examination.

In addition to the above Annual Compensation, the employee will also get medical and accidental Insurance Coverage as mentioned below:
- Medical Insurance Cover of Rs. 4 Lakhs per annum

Mode of Selection
The selection process shall be a three-stage process consisting of:
Stage I: Online Objective Test
Stage II: Online Interview based on assignments topics given for a Full Stack Application Development
Stage III: Final Hands-on Test with face-to-face Interview
Stage I: Online Objective test
- Candidates need to take an online selection test from their home through MKCL’s Online Exam Live Framework.
- For the online test, candidates must have a stable internet connection with a desktop/laptop computer with a webcam and microphone.
- Candidates must be alone in a quiet environment during the exam duration. Candidates are not allowed to have a conversation with anyone during the exam.
- Candidates cannot use reference materials, resources, other mobile/tablets, computer screens, and/or other software during the exam.
- Total Marks for online test: 100
- Total number of questions: 100
- Test duration: 90 minutes
- There is no negative marking in this exam.
- The exam consists of multiple-choice single correct and multiple correct questions.
Instructions for Stage I
- A mock test will be available from Thursday, June 23 to Friday, June 24, 2022, from 11 am to 5 pm so that the candidates can have a good feel of our actual online examination system. Marks obtained in this mock test will not be considered for the main exam.
- Date and time for Final online test:
Sunday, June 26, 2022, from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm
Candidates can start the test at 11 am and complete the test within 90 minutes. Candidates can take this test from their home or any place, but the environment should be quiet and without any disturbance. - The online test results will be published on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, after 5 pm. Candidates come to know the results via email/SMS about the shortlisting for the recruitment procedure’s next phase.
- Candidates can be disqualified from the recruitment process if found involved in unethical ways or involved in any malpractice during the online test (through evidence captured in MKCL’s Exam Live Framework).

Stage II: Online Interview based on assignments topics given for a Full Stack Application Development
- Candidates shortlisted in the Stage I receive an assignment to develop a small full-stack application using any Front End, Back End, and Database technology.
- The total duration allocated to complete this assignment will be Six Days. After six days, a candidate appears for an Online Interview through Google Meet. The candidate demonstrates and explains the developed application.
- Video of the candidate must be ON while explaining the application.
- A candidate will have to show the actual codes s/he had written for the assignment through screen sharing for the online interview.
- The webcam and mic on the computer/laptop must function properly. must be in a working condition before starting the online interview.
- The approximate duration of the Online Interview will be 10-15 Minutes.
The result of stage II will be declared on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, after 5 pm.
Shortlisted candidates from Stage II who clear the round Online Interview based on assignments topics given for a Full-stack application Development shall be invited for the Stage III – Final Hands-on Test with face-to-face Interview. Candidates must note that the invitation for the third round does not indicate a job offer.
Stage III: Final Hands-on Test with face-to-face Interview
Final Hands-on Test with face-to-face Interview will be conducted from Monday, July 18 to Friday, July 22, 2022. This test will be conducted at MKCL’s Pune office.
- Each candidate would be given a specified date and time slot for the hands-on test and interview.
- Applicants will receive the hands-on test on the scheduled day itself.
- The results of stage III will be declared on Monday, July 25, 2022.
- The joining date of the selected candidates at the MKCL office is Monday, August 01, 2022.
Based on the scores of Stage III, a candidate receives an offer letter for the post of Full Stack developer (Project Trainee) for 12 months.
